Onboarding Meeting Overview

A brief flyover of what you can expect during your onboarding meeting.

GETTING READY

Information you’ll need for the Onboarding Meeting - please have handy:

  • Company info, EIN, primary contact name, email address, and phone

  • Payroll provider - owner and/or admin login

  • Bank account and routing numbers

(1) START WITH EMAIL

The day of your onboarding meeting you will receive an email with a link to your Employer Portal. Please wait until the meeting to login!

(2) LOG INTO PORTAL

During the Onboarding Meeting when prompted, log into your Portal, create a new password, and confirm your email address.

(3) LINK PAYROLL PROVIDER

Select your payroll provider from a dropdown list and input your administrator login information through Finch to securely connect Xiggit with your HR and payroll systems. 

We link with your payroll provider to automate the payroll deduction for your employees. We only access/use data necessary to process the deduction. During the one-time enrollment of your employees into the Xiggit service, we only pull the data that is necessary to open a financial account.

(4) LINK BANK ACCOUNT

Choose your bank from the list, and input your account and routing numbers.

We link with your bank account to facilitate movement of your employee’s deductions to their financial accounts with Xiggit. The amount moved is determined by your payroll. We will notify you by email before moving any money from your account. To keep your information safe, Xiggit uses industry-standard security protocols to protect your data.

(5) REVIEW AND SUBMIT

After submitting, your account will be complete and you will be automatically logged into your new Employer Dashboard.
